Please note this is not an appartment: there is no kitchen

Located in the same neighbourhood as El Colmo (Calle San Vicente), ‘El Cachito’ is a double room with twin beds (accomodates 2 guests max.), private bathroom en suite with shower, marble floor and traditional tiles, air conditioning, in the centre of Seville with private entrance.

It is located in the historic center within walking distance of all the important sights, in a flower-filled patio known locally as “El Corral de los Artistas”, one of two remaining, where painters, sculptors and Holy Week craftsmen come and go to their workshops.

Patio

It has an independant entrance, off the street, quiet and safe, graced by geraniums and birdsong, tiled in the Andalusian style and with a rose marble floor.

Breakfast and modest meals are served by local bars a step outside the patio in the street.

CACHITO REVIEWS

Alexandra's accommodation is just outside the main tourist area around the cathedral, which is just what you want. It is in a residential area away from all the tourist crowds. There is a community feeling in the area and it's is easy walking distance to the main sights. There is a friendly grocery store across the street and places to eat nearby. The room is very clean and attractively tiled, bright and airy, with a good private bathroom. Situated in a private courtyard it is quiet and secure. Alexandra and Andrew were very helpful in providing information and getting us started on our visit to Seville. We would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation.

It was wonderful to stay with Alexandra at El Cachito! The room is clean and pretty, with a window to the courtyard. The location is just a short walk to all the tourist sights (15 minutes) but is far away enough so you feel you are in a real community. Alexandra is extremely nice and easy to chat with if you need her help with anything. Her and I sat in the courtyard on a balmy evening with beers. Between the beautiful patio, tiles, and Alexandra's kindness, the experience felt very Andulusian!

Alexandra was very welcoming and helpful. The listing was accurate, and the room had a lovely Sevillan character. The place has an excellent location and is independent (you have your own entrance and toilet is not shared with anyone) and clean. It is not too warm, which must be great if you visit during summer (if not, you'll appreciate the electric radiator and extra blanket like we did!)

A lovely room in the centre of Sevilla. It had everything we needed (including tea and coffee!) It says on the website that there arent any "essentials" but they provide towels and bedclothes etc. The hosts are next door if you need them and are very friendly. Wifi was definitely a great bonus!

Alexandra made me feel very welcome. She spoke both Spanish and English so I felt both connected to the local community yet had the option of asking questions in English. The apartment was just what I wanted. It was extremely safe, pleasant and comfortable.

My husband and I spent 5 days/4 nights in this lovely private room in early April 2015. The space was very clean and quaint. It is a room and bath with its own entrance that is part of an apartment. We had a key to our room plus to the outside door leading to the street. The location is great--very close to shops, nice restaurants, and main attractions for Seville. No need for a car--in fact, a car would be troublesome to deal with. We didn't meet Alexandra in person but did meet Andrew, who was very nice and helpful... Overall, we were very happy with the room and the location. The hosts were very nice as well.

A recommander.”
